  • You request a cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.

  • The reason for your cancellation request.

We will review your request and process the refund accordingly. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the order.

3. Refund Amount

If your order is eligible for a refund, we will deduct 50% of the total order amount as a processing fee. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.

4. Refund Timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 7 Business Days from the date of the cancellation request. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds. This includes, but is not limited to, digital downloads, customized or personalized items, and perishable goods.
