1. About Wedsmint
Wedsmint Digital Invites is an digital invitation studio operated by Gray Arc. Its current operational/contact address is Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
2. The standard invitation service
The standard personalised digital invitation is priced at ₹1,999 unless a different written quotation is agreed before booking. The exact content and features depend on the selected Wedsmint theme and the details supplied by the customer.
Custom work outside the standard theme or scope may require an additional written quotation. Wedsmint will not begin chargeable extra work without informing the customer.
3. Booking and payment
The total standard price is ₹1,999 and is payable in full through the Razorpay checkout displayed during booking. This single payment covers the selected standard Wedsmint theme and its included personalisation. Any custom work outside that scope will be quoted separately before it begins.
A booking becomes confirmed when Razorpay reports that the complete ₹1,999 payment has been captured. The customer then receives a secure link for submitting the Invitation Details.
4. Customer information and approvals
You are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, dates, timings, venue information, links, wording, photographs and music references. You must have authority to provide all submitted personal information and content.
Please review the initial form and each preview carefully. Wedsmint will correct errors introduced by Wedsmint. Corrections caused by inaccurate, incomplete or newly changed customer information may count as revisions.
5. Delivery estimates
Wedsmint usually aims to provide the first preview link within 2–3 days after Razorpay confirms the payment and all required Invitation Details and usable files have been received. A preview may sometimes be delivered sooner.
This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed deadline. The final-link delivery date depends on the timing and extent of revision requests, customer response times, technical availability and any additional work agreed between the parties.
6. Revisions
The standard service includes three consolidated revision rounds. A “revision round” means one reasonably organised list of requested changes submitted after reviewing the latest preview.
Wedsmint may accommodate additional reasonable revisions at its discretion. Extensive changes, repeated changes to previously approved content, redesigns, theme changes or added features may require an additional fee. Any fee will be disclosed and agreed before that extra work begins.
7. Digital delivery and hosting
The invitation is delivered digitally through a preview or final web link; no physical product is shipped. Delivery is further explained in the Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Continued availability can depend on hosting providers, internet services, browsers and third-party services such as Google Maps, music platforms or social networks. Wedsmint will use reasonable efforts to maintain the agreed service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights in original photographs, wording and other material you lawfully provide. You grant Wedsmint permission to process that material solely to perform the booking and for any separate portfolio use you expressly approve.
Wedsmint retains ownership of its themes, layouts, code, design systems, animations, templates and reusable creative elements. After full payment, you receive the right to use and share the completed invitation for the relevant personal event. You may not resell, copy, extract or commercially redistribute Wedsmint’s template or source code.
9. Portfolio permission
Portfolio permission is optional and is not a condition of booking. Wedsmint will not treat ordinary booking consent as permission to advertise using your photographs or invitation. Where permission is granted, it may be withdrawn before publication by contacting us.
10. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable right or remedy available under applicable consumer law.
11. Reasonable limits
Wedsmint is responsible for providing the service with reasonable care. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information, delayed customer approvals, inaccurate customer content, force-majeure events or failures of third-party platforms outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, liability connected with a particular booking will not exceed the amount actually paid for that booking. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Contact, complaints and governing law
Questions or complaints may be sent through our Contact Us page or by email to info@wedsmint.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month where reasonably possible.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer rights and jurisdiction rules, disputes will be handled by the competent courts or forums in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
